One honest limit: scheduling runs on the web. The OpusClip iOS app posts immediately from any clip, but time-based scheduling and bulk scheduling are not on mobile yet.
What to know before you connect
Professional accounts only
We support Instagram Business and Creator accounts. Personal profiles are not supported, which is the most common connection error.
30 to 90 seconds for local uploads
If you upload your own file to the calendar, each clip must run 30 to 90 seconds. One clip outside that range blocks the whole upload.
Reconnections happen
Instagram expires access tokens for security, so a connected account occasionally needs reauthorising. Reconnect and the queue continues.

Clips arrive reframed to 9:16 with auto captions applied, so there is no export and re-upload step between editing and scheduling.

How to schedule Instagram Reels
Convert to a professional account
Instagram profiles start as Personal. Convert to Business or Creator in Instagram before connecting.
Connect it in OpusClip
Click the Social Accounts icon, click Add Account, and sign in with the credentials for the specific Instagram Business or Creator account.
Pick a date and a clip
Click Calendar in the left sidebar, choose the date, then choose the clip and the Instagram account.
Review and confirm
Check the generated description and hashtags, then schedule. The Reel appears in the calendar where you can still change it.
